This 6 part workshop has been designed to help you understand how stress turns up in your body and how to release it through accessible somatic techniques.
This course will help you to:
· Develop a basic understanding of your nervous system
· Build a toolkit of simple somatic tools to support your nervous system
· Start to identify your personal stress triggers
· Understand your coping techniques
· Identify your personal stress patterns
The aim of the workshop is to help you to listen to your body, create space and build resilience in a world that prioritises a constant hustle.

This mini retreat will allow you to step away from the noise and rush of Christmas. In this nourishing workshop, you will reconnect with your body through gentle yoga, guided breathwork, and mindful reflection.
We will honour the year that’s passed and create space for the year ahead by understanding how we want the new year to feel.
It will give you the gift of stillness and reflection before stepping into the new year.
This retreat will help you to transition from winter to spring. I use gentle yoga, meditation and journalling to help us move into the new season and to help us envision how spring will look and feel for us.
We will look at:
· What spring means to us, both the natural season and the season of our life
· What rituals we can put in place to welcome the new season
· What plans we want to put in place to embrace the energy and new beginnings that spring brings
· How we can bring balance back into our lives after winter
