We may work with different “parts” of you — the protector, the inner critic, the exiled younger self — helping you relate to them with more compassion and less conflict.

Recognising life patterns & old narratives
We’ll explore the recurring patterns that show up in your relationships, work, boundaries, and self-beliefs, and gently work on transforming them.

Female archetype exploration
We may draw on feminine archetypes (such as the Caregiver, the Wild Woman, the Visionary, the Maiden, the Sage) to help you reconnect with different parts of yourself and access inner wisdom.
