Wild Bloom Retreat

This retreat will help you to transition from winter to spring. We will use gentle yoga, meditation and journalling to help us move into the new season and to help us envision how we want spring to feel and to consider what seeds we would like to plant for the coming seasons.

What to expect

  • A gentle yoga practice to help you arrive.

  • Meditation to help you reflect on what winter meant for you and what you hope to achieve throughout spring.

  • Journalling prompts to support you identify the seeds that you would like to plant throughout spring, so that you can achieve your personal goals in summer and autumn,

We will also look at:

·       What spring means to us, both the natural season and the season of our life

·       What rituals we can put in place to welcome the new season

·       What plans we want to put in place to embrace the energy and new beginnings that spring brings

·       How we can bring balance back into our lives after winter
