REST

I run regular rest retreats as part of my Anti-Burnout Club.

This could be for you if:

·       You don’t remember the last time you truly rested

·       You spend most of your time thinking about your to do list

·       You put everyone else’s needs before your own

·       You feel disconnected from your body (even when it is screaming at you to sit down)

Throughout the day you will have the opportunity to:

·       Look at what rest means to you and why we are reluctant to rest

·       Look at different types of rest (it’s not always a nanna nap)

·       Take time to eat our lunch (there won’t be a desk in sight)

·       Participate in a relaxing yin yoga session (no flexibility required)

·       Practice meditation and focussing

By the end of the day you will have:

·       An understanding of the reasons why you might resist rest and what to do when this happens

·       A list of actions you could take when you a resisting rest
