Wild Bloom Retreat

On March 8th between 2 and 5pm I will be running my second mini retreat, which will help you to transition from winter to spring. We will be using gentle yoga, meditation and journalling to help us move into the new season and to help us envision how spring will look and feel for us.

 

We will look at:

·       What spring means to us, both the natural season and the season of our life

·       What rituals we can put in place to welcome the new season

·       What plans we want to put in place to embrace the energy and new beginnings that spring brings

·       How we can bring balance back into our lives after winter

 

The retreat is £49, with an early-bird price of £45 available for bookings made by 14th February. If you would like to secure your place, drop me a message and I will send you further details.

 

There are 10 spaces available, the retreat will take place at HL Therapy in Longbridge Birmingham.
