Burnout Prevention Training - 2 Days
This follow-on training day builds on the foundations of the Nervous System Reset, offering a deeper exploration of how your individual patterns interact with the systems and environments you work within.
Through guided reflection, somatic practices, and group discussion, you’ll identify what supports and challenges your nervous system—what energises you, what drains you, and what triggers stress responses.
By the end of the day, you’ll have a personalised plan for structuring your work in ways that align with your natural rhythms, helping you to sustain focus, creativity, and wellbeing in a way that feels both effective and easeful.
