Sessions provide a grounding, compassionate space to tune in, fostering greater clarity, presence, and ease in daily life.

My somatic and yoga retreats offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance. Through a blend of gentle yoga, somatic practices, and guided reflection, you’ll be invited to tune into your body’s wisdom, calm your nervous system, and explore new ways of moving and being.
Set in a supportive and nurturing environment, these retreats create time for rest, deep listening, and connection—with yourself, with others, and with nature. Whether you come seeking renewal, grounding, or inspiration, you’ll leave with practical tools and a sense of spaciousness to carry into everyday life.
My seasonal retreats currently run on a monthly basis, both online and in person. I also run pop up in person retreats throughout the year to help you maintain a sense of calm and focus throughout the year.
My corporate somatic training helps teams address burnout by working with the nervous system. Through practical tools and embodied techniques, participants learn how to regulate stress, restore balance, and build resilience. By strengthening awareness of the body and its signals, this training supports healthier workplace culture, improved focus, and sustainable performance.
The training is delivered in a single day and can accommodate up to 20 people at a time, either online or in person.
Online training is charged at £1995 per day
In Person training is charged at £2500 per day
Following the first training day I have two further options:
Option 1: We can collaborate to design a bespoke programme tailored to your organisation’s needs.
Option 2: Individual participants also have the option to work with me on a one-to-one basis for more personal support and integration.

About Me
With over 26 years of experience leading service transformation in the NHS, my career began in helping systems and processes to work better. Over time, I recognised that the most profound and lasting change often comes not from systems, but from within ourselves. This insight led me on a journey from process improvement to self-improvement.
For the past six years, I have been sharing my passion for yoga, with a focus on calming the nervous system and supporting students to feel truly embodied. My teaching creates space for stillness, presence, and gentle awareness — helping people reconnect with themselves in a grounding and sustainable way.
Alongside yoga, I am a qualified somatic coach, working particularly with women to develop resilience, inner strength, and resourcefulness. I bring a holistic approach that weaves together somatic practices, coaching, and my diploma in NLP to help clients navigate challenges and create meaningful shifts in their lives.
Whether through yoga or coaching, my aim is to guide others in discovering balance, empowerment, and deeper connection to themselves.
