I am Katie, a somatic coach and yoga teacher who helps women calm their nervous systems and reconnect with their true selves.
My work is rooted in the understanding that our bodies hold the stories of our lives — the stress, the habits, the emotions we’ve learned to carry.
Through somatic awareness and mindful movement, I guide women to notice where they store tension in their bodies and to recognise the patterns that keep showing up in their lives.
Together, we create a safe space to soften those patterns, release what no longer serves, and rediscover a sense of ease, balance, and authenticity.
This is about coming home to yourself — learning to listen to your body’s wisdom and move through life with greater calm, clarity, and compassion.
Who I Work With
There came a point in my life when I realised I was running on empty — juggling a demanding job, a full home life, and the quiet ache of loss that I didn’t always have time to feel. On the outside, I was capable and composed. On the inside, my body was whispering for rest, for space, for something softer.
That’s when I began listening more deeply — to my body, my breath, and the truth beneath the busyness. It’s what eventually led me to somatic work, and it changed everything.
Now, I choose to work with women who share this lived experience — women in their autumn years who have spent decades caring, striving, and giving, often putting their own needs last. Women who are ready to slow down, to reconnect with themselves, and to find a gentler way to move through life.
Through somatic coaching and yoga, I offer a space to breathe again — to release what’s been held for too long, and to rediscover the quiet wisdom that lives in the body.
